I love this pillow because the cover is washable and the notches in the front locks it in place. It keeps my head in place and I do not wake up with a neck crank. I have tried a bunch of pillow even the expensive ones but this is less than $20 and it is the best I have tried

And that is my list!
Some recommend compression socks and I have tried that but used my running compression socks and have gotten so swollen that the bands dug into my skin and caused irritation so I have not found one I can recommend yet!
